VHS follows the N.Y. Giants from opening day to the Super Bowl chroncling their Championship 1990 season where Bill Parcell's Giants after a 4-year lapse returned to the Super Bowl as champions of the NFC. Led by Lawrence Taylor, Carl Banks, Leonard Marshall, and Pepper Johnson on defense with Mark Collins & Everson Walls in the secondary. On Offense ageless Otis Anderson & rookie Rodney Hampton helped Phil Simms & back-up Quarterback Jeff Hostetier spearhead an effective game-plan. The New York Giants went 13-3 in the regular season and defeated the Bears & the 49ers in the playoffs to meet the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXV. These were the glory days of the Giants.
